Alex Bajjon

Alex has a degree in Chemistry from the University of Oxford, which covered the areas of organic, inorganic and physical chemistry. His final year research project focused on novel methods of [18F] fluorine labelling for use in medical imaging. He has also obtained further industrial experience in the field of formulation sciences at Merck, Sharpe and Dohme where he developed novel methods of analysing tablet coatings.

Following entry into the profession, Alex has obtained a Masters degree in Management of Intellectual Property from Queen Mary University of London where he was awarded the 'Director's Prize for Academic Excellence'.

As a part-qualified patent attorney, Alex now continues to build on his experience of patent drafting and prosecution before the UK IPO, EPO and other national patent offices. His work also involves coordinating international IP prosecution and advising on trade mark and design protection.
